The Sophie Barker band play jazz standards, modern jazz, and bespoke playlists. Accompanied by four of London’s best jazz musicians, Simon Colam (Piano), Scott Baylis (Trumpet), Simon Lea (Drums), and Chris Hill (Double Bass) they can play all the classics and arrange modern compositions.
Simon Colam arranges the music for X Factor and is head of music at the Purcell Music School. Scott Baylis plays with Prince and other pop stars. Simon Lea plays with Just Jack and several other bands, Chris Hill plays with Jamie Cullum.
